Sprite Extraction — Arrange, Scale & Export Sprites

A four-step wizard from raw image to finished sprite sheet: upload, detect, preview, export. The animation preview plays your detected sprites as a looping animation so you can check frame order and timing before anything reaches an engine — scrub frames, set the speed from 1–30 FPS, drag thumbnails to reorder, and delete bad frames.

The export step offers the full SpritePilot pipeline: rename and reorder sprites, trim transparent borders, add animation tags, and download packed sheets with metadata for Unity, Godot, Phaser, Aseprite, or the web. See Sprite Sheet Export Formats Explained for choosing the right format.
